This project will be the first in the flagship Biomass2Energy Program

INDONESIA

This project will begin construction 3rd quarter of 2015 with the objective of Biomass to Power Generation up to 3.5MW for downstream initiatives and on-off grid connection.

 

A first of its kind, where the MODULAR™ System will be integrated within the existing mill, complementing existing mill operations

 

This fully integrated mill will be self-sustaining and fully green with zero waste

 

It would manage the treatment and would have processing capacity of the following;

•Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) – 500M³/d

•Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) – 150Mt/d

•Palm Kernel Shell (PKS) – 150Mt/d

KESEDAR PERKILANGAN SDN. BHD.

This Integrated Biomass Plant is constructed with
a total area of 2,623.19m² and the plant floor
at 1,404.72m²

 

The system manages and treats the following

palm oil biomass:

1. Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME)

2. Palm Oil Decanter Cake (PODC)

3. Palm Kernel Shell (PKS)

4. Palm Decanter Cake (PDC)

 

With a processing capacity of the below:

1. POME – 200M³/d

2. PODC – 150Mt/d

3. PKS – 150Mt/d

4. PKC - 150Mt/d

 

All 3 sub-system are producing HFI Fusion Fuel Pellets, currently used for export to Korea
