Dr. Hee Dong, Bae holds the position of Chief Technology Advisor in Hyper Fusion International (M) Sdn. Bhd.
His involvement was from the beginning of the forming of the company since 2012.
Before he embarked on his career life, he graduated from Sung Kyun Kwan University with a Ph.D. Degree in Anaerobic Microbiology & Biotechnology (Enzyme), a Master’s Degree in Animal Nutrition and Physiology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Department of Food and Bioresources.
Being a microbiologist by training and an expert in biogas production, Dr Bae has over 19 years of experience in the industry, and has develop various I.P.’s and patents in the field of agricultural, environmental and biotechnology research.
His researches have led to collaboration with overseas universities from Canada, Taiwan and Japan. Currently, Dr Bae holds the leading position in Research and Development of Wastewater Treatment System and Sludge Renewable Energy Process
RUDY ROZAIDI

He is the Chief Commercial Officer of Hyper Fusion International (M) Sdn. Bhd.
He begun his career working for an international firm as an Analyst subsequently worked in London for 6 years in advertising and marketing industry.
Returning to Malaysia, he was active in pioneering marketing campaigns for Telco, Retail, FMCGs and youth marketing through activation for various government and private agencies intensively spanning over several years.
With experience gained and learned, he believes the future is through sustainability for everything that we do.
As the CCO, Rudy is responsible for the commercial strategy and development of an Hyper Fusion. His responsibilities include activities relating to marketing, sales, product development and partner/client engagement so as to drive business growth and further grow market share.
He believe that everyone has greatness within them when given proper guidance, and therefore he never gives in believing in people.

He is the founder and CEO of Hyper Fusion International (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Echoing Hyper Fusion International’s axiom of Powering Sustainability, he believes in Sustainability and a business with long term growth - serving the interests of all stakeholders, partners, and clients and not to mention the environment. A belief that business is built to last leaving a positive impact to our children and future generations.
After returning from his studies from the UK he worked for a British MNC in Singapore in the construction industry before finally returning to Malaysia to join a Malaysian IT Company managing implementation projects mainly for various Malaysian government agencies across the country, ranging from the Prime Minister’s Office, Defense, Education, Health, the Home Ministry, etc. for 10 years.
His recent initiative has been the world’s first highly efficient, low footprint wastewater treatment system in Malaysia, before embracing the renewable energy industry where through Hyper Fusion aims to change the landscape of the Renewable Energy Industry.
As the CEO, he leads the team in vision, direction and execution. A very hands on person, he heads and plans the development of the company, implements strategies to meet the short term and long term plans, and oversees the whole company from every aspect
He believes in leading by example and leaders should lead from the front.

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

She is one of the founding members of Hyper Fusion International in 2012.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She has spent 19 years in Singapore in the service industry for a MNC. Subsequently, she returned to Malaysia and worked in a similar industry for a Malaysian MNC.
Summing up to over 21 years of experience with MNCs, she joined Hyper Fusion in 2012 with the role as the Chief Administrative Officer.
She manages the day-to-day operations of the business, providing leadership to department managers, reviewing administrative policies, hiring and contracting decisions and coordinate department activities.
She carries strong character,personality and presence. She has an incomparable determination and is wholly devoted to work related matters.

ARTHUR CHOW
CHIEF DESIGN OFFICER

He is the Chief Design Officer of Hyper Fusion International (M) Sdn. Bhd.
He has more than 20 years of experience in architecture with indepth experience in design and project administration of architectural projects. His experience in architectural projects can be seen on the state of the art Modular and Qube systems.
He began working as an architect in Kuala Lumpur before moving to Perth in joining an architechtural firm there for several years.
On his return to Malaysia, Arthur worked as part of a team developing a highly efficient, low footprint wastewater treatment system in Malaysia.
He is responsible for overseeing all design aspects of Hyper Fusion's products and services, including the look and user experience of the QUBE and Modular Systems. He also oversees the design and engineering aspects of the systems.
Holding strong to his belief, he is determined to do whatever it takes, in order to get things done.
