POME TREATMENT

 

 

 

The Worlds first POME TREATMENT & DRYING SYSTEM.  This system is able separate  to water and solids within 7 minutes of processing, with the following immediate results:

 

  • POME REMOVAL at first pond

  • NO ANAEROBIC DIGESTION

  • NO GHG EMISSION

  • Water Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) REDUCTION UP TO 80% (immediate solids-water separation within 7 minutes of processing)

  • Immediate recovery of land space – require only final discharge ponds

PONDING is an economical, natural, treatment system for Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME).  With the current regulatory enforcements (DOE, MPOB) due to water contamination and discharge, GHG emission, environmental pollution, disposal and treatment costs, Ponding is no longer a viable and sustainable solution.
